Why did my TikTok Shop commission disappear?

Estimated is a guess. Settled is money.

TikTok Shop puts an estimated commission on screen the moment a buyer pays, and recalculates later from what the order really made. Refunds and returns come out of that base first, which is why a number that was there yesterday is smaller today, or gone.

This is not a bug in your account and it is not something you did wrong. It is how the report works, and TikTok says in writing that the estimate is not the final figure.

The seven day window, in plain words

Attribution on TikTok Shop runs seven days from the tap, and the most recent tap wins. Somebody taps your link today and buys on day nine: that sale is not yours. They tap somebody else's on day three and buy on day four: theirs, not yours.

The hundred days that get repeated in videos and posts are the life of the link, not the window you have.

Confirmed money goes first and big, with the estimate under it in grey. Never the other way around, because the big number is the one people plan with.

Any figure that can still move says when it stops moving, as a clock rather than as jargon. And when an order dies inside the window you see that it died, instead of watching a total drop with no explanation.

Can a commission that already showed up be taken back?

An estimate can go to zero, because a refund takes away the revenue it was calculated from. What has settled and paid out is done.

How long until the number is final?

Until the order has shipped, passed its return period and settled with the seller. The seven day attribution window is the first gate, not the last.
