Terms of service
The deal between you and us, in words you can hold us to: what you get, what it costs, how you cancel, and what happens to your videos if you leave.
Last updated September 19, 2026.
Who you are dealing with
Reelhop is a product of Orvix Group LLC. Using it means this is the deal, and if you do not want the deal, do not use it.
Your account
One person is responsible for an account: you. Use a password of at least ten characters, keep it to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think somebody else got in.
Your videos stay yours
You own what you send up. You give us permission to store it and to publish it to the places you picked, and to nothing else. We do not put your videos in our own advertising unless you tell us we can, in writing, that time.
The places have rules too
Each platform has its own terms, and using this does not put you above them.
- We publish only through official APIs.
- We never take a watermark off a video. TikTok forbids it in writing, and your original file looks better anyway.
- We never send automatic direct messages from your accounts.
- When a platform says no, we tell you what it said and we stop instead of hammering it, so your account is not read as a robot.
Affiliate links and the disclosure
The links are yours and so are the relationships behind them. Telling people you earn a commission is required by the Federal Trade Commission, so the tool writes that disclosure into your text and there is no switch to take it out. Amazon and the shops have their own rules about where a link may be posted, and keeping to them is on you.
We do not promise you an income
Nothing we publish is a promise of earnings, not on this site, not in an email, and not from anybody who recommends us. We measure what already happened. What you make from it is your work and your audience.
Plans and payment
Prices are in US dollars and charged by the month unless you picked a year.
- The free plan has a limit on videos and places, and no card is asked for.
- We write to you fourteen days before each charge, with the amount and a link to cancel.
- Canceling is one tap from your account screen, and the days you did not use come back to you.
- Videos do not roll over and credits do not expire, because there are no credits. Each month brings its number.
If a payment fails
Nothing of yours gets deleted. It goes down steps, and every step is written here before it happens.
- Seven days where everything keeps working while you fix the card.
- Thirty days where you can read and export, but posting is paused.
- After that, exporting stays open for as long as the account exists.
What we cannot promise
The places we publish to change their APIs without asking us, and sometimes they are simply down. We cannot promise a platform will accept a video, and we will never pretend one did. When a post does not go out we tell you, we retry slowly, and we stop before your account is at risk. The product is provided as it is.
Using it fairly
Do not use this to publish:
- Anything you do not have the right to publish.
- Anything illegal, or anything that pretends to be somebody else.
- The same thing over and over to flood a platform.
- Anything that breaks the rules of the place you are posting to.
Ending it
You can leave in one tap, and export everything first. We can suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts other people's platform accounts at risk, and when we do, we say why and you can still take your work with you.
If something goes wrong
The product comes as it is, without a warranty that it will fit a particular plan of yours. What we can owe you is limited to what you paid us over the twelve months before the problem. Some places do not allow limits like that, and where that is so, the law wins over this paragraph.
Which law applies
The law of the state where Orvix Group LLC is registered, and the courts of that state, without sending you anywhere you could not reasonably travel.
When this changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we write to the email on your account before it takes effect, and you can leave before it does.
