Privacy policy

What Reelhop keeps, why it keeps it, for how long, who else sees it, and how you take it with you or make it go away.

Last updated September 19, 2026.

Who you are dealing with

Reelhop is a product of Orvix Group LLC. One company, one product, and no data broker behind it.

What we keep, and why

Only what the product needs to do the job you came for.

  • Your account: your email, your name, your language, when you last signed in, and your password kept as an Argon2id hash. We never see the password itself and it never reaches a log.
  • Your videos: the file you send up, its title, the text you wrote, the affiliate link you pasted, and the size, shape and length of the file. The file sits in our storage and goes out only to the places you picked.
  • Your platform connections: the access tokens a platform hands us when you connect it. They are encrypted where they rest and never written to a log, not even cut in half.
  • Your clicks: when somebody taps one of your short links we write down the moment, the video, the place it came from, the host of the site that sent it and the country our edge reports. We do not store the address of the person who tapped, we set no cookie on them, and we do not follow them anywhere.
  • Your billing: your plan, how it stands, its period, and the identifiers Stripe gives us. Your card number never touches our servers.
  • The notices we send you: which one, when, and whether it went out by email.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your data and we do not rent it out.
  • We run no advertising network and no third party analytics. The page you are reading loads nothing from anybody else.
  • We do not train models on your videos.
  • We never send messages, comments or follows from your accounts. Publishing what you told us to publish is the only thing we do there.

The platform APIs and what we ask them for

We publish only through the official APIs, and we ask each one for the smallest permission that does the job.

  • Instagram: permission to publish content to the professional account you connect, and to read its name so you can see which account is connected.
  • YouTube: permission to upload a video to your channel and to read the status of that video, so we can tell you it is really live instead of guessing.
  • Facebook: permission to list your Pages so you can choose one, and to publish to the Page you chose.
  • TikTok: permission to post a video to your account and to read the basic profile, so you can see which account is connected.
  • We ask for nothing else. We do not read your messages, your followers or your other posts, and we never publish anything you did not send up yourself.
  • You can cut us off whenever you want, from inside the platform or from your account here. When a connection ends, its tokens are deleted.

Cookies

Two, and both do work you asked for.

  • A signed cookie that keeps you signed in for thirty days.
  • A cookie holding the language you picked, so the app opens in it.
  • Nothing else. No advertising cookie, no third party cookie, and no cookie at all on the people who tap your links.

Who else touches it

A few providers do one piece of the work each, and each one gets only what that piece needs.

  • Our payment provider, Stripe, which holds card data so that we never do.
  • Our email provider, which delivers the notices we send you.
  • Our storage provider, which holds your video files.
  • Our database and hosting providers, which run the product itself.
  • The places you connect, which receive the video and the text you told us to publish.

How long we keep it

  • Your account and your videos stay while your account is open. We never delete your work because a payment failed.
  • If you close your account, your videos, your links and your clicks go within thirty days, and the copies inside backups go with the backup cycle, within ninety days.
  • Payment records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require. They say a plan was paid; they say nothing about your videos.
  • Platform tokens go the moment you disconnect a platform or close the account.

What you can ask for

  • Take everything with you whenever you want. Your account screen exports your videos, your links, your clicks and the state of every post as one file, and that export is never blocked, not even when a payment failed.
  • Correct what is wrong. Your name, your email and your language are yours to change.
  • Make it all go away. The page on deleting your data says exactly how, what goes, and how long it takes.

Children

This is not for children. You need to be old enough to hold an account on the places you connect, and at least eighteen to pay for a plan.

When this changes

If it changes in a way that matters to you, we write to the email on your account before it takes effect. We do not rewrite this page quietly and hope nobody reads it twice.
