Deleting your data

First, take your work with you

Your account screen exports your videos, your links, your clicks and the state of every post as one file. Do that before you ask us to delete, because deleting is final. The export is never blocked, whatever is going on with your payments.

How to ask

A person does this, and we would rather say so than show you a button that quietly opens a ticket.

• Write to us from the email address on your account, with the word delete in the subject.
• We answer that same address within three business days, so nobody else can ask for your account to disappear.
• The deletion is done within thirty days, and we write to you again when it is finished.

What goes

• Your videos and the files themselves.
• Your short links, which stop working, and every click recorded against them.
• Your account, your name, your email and your membership.
• The tokens of every platform you had connected.
• The notices we had sent you.

What stays, and why

Payment records that tax and accounting rules make us keep. They say that a plan was paid and when. They say nothing about your videos, your links or your audience.

If you only want to disconnect one place

You do not have to delete anything for that. Disconnect the platform from your account screen and the rest keeps working, with that one gone.

Cut us off at the platform too

Deleting your account here ends our side of the connection. You can also revoke it from the platform itself, and it is worth doing both:

• Google and YouTube: open the permissions page of your Google account and remove this app.
• Facebook and Instagram: in your settings, open apps and websites and remove this app.
• TikTok: in the app, open settings, then security and permissions, and remove this app.
